Anna Filippa Angell (on leave)

Anna Filippa Angell specialises in public procurement, EU/EEA law, IT contracts and data protection. She is part of our EU/EEA and competition law department.

Anna has particular expertise in public procurement and regularly assists both contracting authorities and suppliers.

Through hands-on experience of running procurements from start to finish, she has gained in-depth knowledge of the entire procurement process – from strategic planning and running the competition to evaluation, award and contract follow-up. She also has experience with complaints and written submissions to KOFA, the Norwegian Complaints Board for Public Procurement.

She has very good knowledge of most of the Norwegian government's standard agreements (SSA), and broad experience with the contract management of larger framework agreements. Anna is committed to ensuring good and efficient contract follow-up, and to giving clients practical tools for managing contracts in a structured way that prevents disputes.

Anna also has experience with dispute resolution within her areas of practice, as well as in general contract law.
