Monica G. Sperre is head of Kvale`s department for Seafood. Monica is specialised in employment law, crew law and dispute resolution.
She assists several larger shipping companies and land facilities in the fishery and offshore industry. The experience includes a wide range of individual and collective employment and crew law issues, such as downsizing, reorganisations, suspensions and dismissals. She has extensive experience in collective employment legislation.
Monica Gjerde Sperre is also specialised in dispute resolution, and litigates frequently before the courts. She has authored several articles within her fields of expertise, and has experience as a lecturer and external examiner on maritime subjects. She is also an assistant judge advocate for Southern Norway.
