Jon Loge Ramstad

Jon has extensive expertise in state aid law, public procurement rules, railway regulation and general EEA law. In particular, he advises clients in state aid cases before the EFTA Surveillance Authority (ESA).

Jon previously worked as a Senior Legal Officer in ESA's State Aid Directorate, as a senior adviser in the Norwegian Railway Authority's market monitoring department, and as a lawyer in private practice. This combination of experience allows Jon to assist both public and private clients effectively.

Where it is needed to reach the right outcome in a case, Jon also assists in dispute resolution before the courts.
