Harald provides commercial legal assistance with a focus on real estate and employment law. Harald has broad experience from work with real estate, including all phases within commercial property, preparation and execution of real estate transactions, regulatory processes and other issues related to the development and development of land.
Harald assists both with negotiations and disputes and wants to be a contributor to constructive solution alternatives based on the prevailing commercial conditions.
Harald also has experience from other areas of business law, including employment law issues within marine industries and industry, both with a focus on private and public law (HSE, accidents at work, The Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority etc.).
