Synøve April Rylund Glesaaen

Synøve April Rylund Glesaaen is part of Kvale’s Shipping and Offshore practice. She works with legal matters within energy, offshore and shipping, and assists both domestic and international clients.

Synøve has experience with contractual matters in projects and works with the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements related to large-scale projects, developments, deliveries and chartering. She has experience from all stages of project execution, including tender processes, regulatory matters, contract negotiations and follow-up during the execution and operational phases. Synøve regularly assists in projects involving complex and cross-border contractual structures.
