
Eivind is part of Kvale’s practice group for EU/EEA and competition law, and works primarily within competition law. He has extensive experience from the EFTA Surveillance Authority (ESA) and the Norwegian Competition Authority.
Eivind has led a number of major competition cases at ESA and the Norwegian Competition Authority, and has experience with unannounced inspections, extensive investigations, and merger control. In addition, he has assisted in cases before the EFTA Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
Eivind holds an LL.M. from King's College London, and he also regularly gives lectures in the field of competition law.
