Lisa Charlotte Jakobsen

Lisa Charlotte Jakobsen is associated with Kvale's department for corporate law and transactions (M&A) and real estate.

Lisa has particular experience with company law investigations and transactions within real estate and has assisted in a number of different purchases and sales of larger properties and real estate businesses. In this connection, she has also assisted in several extensive due diligence processes with a special focus on property law matters.

In addition, Lisa assists with ongoing company law and commercial legal advice in connection with the establishment and structuring of businesses, shareholder agreements, shareholder disputes, issues, as well as mergers and demergers.

Lisa also has a close connection to BI Norwegian Business School, where she has been engaged as an external examiner in company and contract law subjects for a number of years.
