Espen R. Grindstuen Hamar

Espen R. Grindstuen Hamar has extensive experience as a lawyer in business law and private law. For the last twenty years Espen has worked particularly with real estate, contract law, the restructuring of companies and insolvency. He has litigated cases at all three levels of the Norwegian court system.

Espen was admitted to appear before the Supreme Court of Norway in 1998. In addition to practising as a lawyer, he has worked for the Price Directorate (now the Norwegian Competition Authority), where he contributed to the preparatory work for a new Competition Act.
