Espen primarily works with collective and individual labor law. He assists both employees and employers nationally and internationally in a wide range of labor law issues, including reorganization/downsizing, permanent and temporary employment, dismissal and summary dismissal, business transfers, sick leave, and working hours. Espen also has extensive experience in negotiation and dispute resolution, and he has assisted both private and public entities in legal proceedings.
Additionally, Espen has worked on extensive whistleblowing cases. He has experience in strategic planning and practical implementation of such cases, including both the investigation phase and report writing.
In 2021, Espen completed a secondment at the Hovedorganisasjonen Virke (Federation for Norwegian Enterprise). During this period, Espen gained valuable insights and experience in one of the country's largest employer organizations and performed a wide range of tasks within both collective and individual labor law.
Espen graduated from the University of Bergen in 2019.
