Elisabeth is affiliated with Kvale’s Employment Law department. She assists employers and employees with a wide range of employment law issues. She has extensive experience with complex personnel matters, whistleblowing cases, and organizational restructuring. Elisabeth regularly advises both public and private employers on legal assessments, ongoing counseling, and litigation.
Elisabeth has substantial experience from government agencies, giving her particular expertise in the Civil Servants Act and advisory services to state and public entities in general. She has in-depth knowledge of collective agreements in the public sector, as well as administrative law and the Freedom of Information Act.
