Tobias Kilde is affiliated with Kvale’s Shipping Department.
He primarily works with legal matters related to shipping, offshore, and insurance, assisting both national and international clients. Tobias has extensive experience in dispute resolution, including litigation before the Norwegian courts, as well as enforcement proceedings, interim measures, and arrest. He has particular expertise in handling cross-border disputes and regularly assists with the enforcement of international claims in both Norway and abroad. Tobias also advises on contract negotiations and provides compliance and anti-corruption counsel.
