Sebastian is affiliated with the shipping department at Kvale. He holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Oslo, with a concentration in maritime and insurance law.
His master’s thesis on autonomous ships and artificial intelligence has been published in MarIus, a scientific journal issued by the Norwegian Maritime Law Foundation (Sjørettsfondet).
