Helene Bjørgen Fjørtoft

Helene Bjørgen Fjørtoft is associated with Kvale's labor law department. She holds a law degree from the University of Oslo, with a specialization in both individual and collective labor law.

During her studies, Helene gained valuable experience by working part-time at the main organization KA. There, she provided assistance to employers on a range of issues, including management decisions, employment contracts, termination cases, discrimination cases, sick leave matters, and tariff-related concerns.

Her academic pursuits led her to write a master's thesis focused on the culpability requirement in corporate punishment for cumulative errors. As part of her master's program, she participated in an exchange at Bond University in Australia. In addition to her legal expertise, Helene is proficient in French and has served as a student intern at the Norwegian Embassy in Brussels.
