Kvale has acted as Norwegian counsel to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, a New York based private equity company, in its acquisition of PwC's Global Mobility Tax and Immigration Services business.
The transaction was completed on 29 April 2022 with the launch of Vialto Partners, a leading independent provider of globally integrated solutions supporting global workforce mobility, including immigration, tax, managed services, and technology. The Vialto Partners network has nearly 6,000 immigration, tax, HR, and technology professionals. We congratulate both CD&R and Vialto!
