Abaseen Bazger is an associate in the Corporate department at Kvale. He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Oslo, where he wrote his thesis at Kvale on the application of sanctions against deficient environmental impact assessments under the Planning and Building Act.
During his studies, he gained experience as a trainee at several leading law firms. He has also been a project trainee at Kvale, seconded to Telia Towers Norway. In addition, he has experience from Oslo District Court as a member of the creditors’ committee and from Romerike and Glåmdal District Court as both executive officer and lay judge. Abaseen has also been a study group supervisor at the University of Oslo.
