Ane Bergo

Ane Bergo is affiliated with Kvales department for labor law and pensions.

As a lawyer and former deputy judge, Ane has considerable experience in labor law and dispute resolution. She regularly assists companies and employees with HR counseling and personnel matters, and has good expertise in negotiation and litigation for the courts. Ane has independent legal responsibility for litigation and is also part of a team in major cases. Furthermore, Ane has broad expertise in general administrative law.

Ane received her lawyer’s license in 2015.

Ingrid Wulff Stenersen

Ingrid Wulff Stenersen is an Senior Associate in our Employment and pension team.

Sunniva Viken

Sunniva Viken works in our intellectual property and TMT practice. She is specialised in intellectual property law and marketing law.

Sandra Mathilde Höglund

Sandra M. Höglund provides legal assistance on construction law and real estate.

Höglund works primarily with contractual matters, litigation and consulting. She assists all parts in the construction industry, including contractors, builders and consultants.

During her studies she exchanged to Edinburgh and has been a trainee at several law firms.

Before Höglund started with her law studies she conducted her officers and management training in the Navy.

Mari Verling

Kristin Trovåg

Kristin Trovåg started as an associate in Kvale in 2016 after completed her master’s degree in law from the University of Bergen. She works in our restructuring, insolvency and investigation department and covers bankruptcies, forced liquidations, debt negotiations, restructuring and investigations.

During her studies Kristin has had several trainee assignments in different business law firms. She has written a master’s thesis on Employment Law and EEA law, with the title “The relationship between § 14-12 of the Employment Protection Act and the Directive 2008/104/EC Art. 4”.  (“Forholdet mellom aml. § 14-12 og direktiv 2008/104/EC art. 4.”).

Caroline Eriksen

Caroline Eriksen started as an associate in Kvale in 2015.

She has previously worked as Claims & Collection Manager in Euler Hermes where she was in charge of the Damage and Debt Collection Department of the Company, including handeling insurance cases, various legal assistance to the company and their customers within the area of bankruptcy law, contract law, company, insurance law, and compliance in the Norwegian branch of the company. She has also worked as a lawyer at Gjensidige where she primarly worked with recourse claims.

Caroline is working in the restructuring, insolvency and investigations department of Kvale. Her main fields of work is bankruptcy estates, forced liquidations, debt negotiations, restructuring and investigations.

Caroline had several internships during her studies

Caroline obtained her license to practice law in 2017.

Tonje Liavaag

Tonje Liavaag work in our employment and pensions department. She also has experience working for our tax department, with focus on business sector taxation and personal taxation.

Liavaag has substantial knowledge with administrative handling of complaint cases, and she possesses competence with procedures before the courts.

She obtained her license to practice law in 2011.

 

Stine Eriksrød

Stine Eriksrød has extensive experience of dealing with legal disputes in the areas of real estate and construction, liability (corporate, professional, board and product), general contract law and damages claims. She specialises in disputes concerning the purchase and sale of real estate and disputes arising during real estate projects or after contract execution.

Stine litigates cases before the district and appeal courts on behalf of consumers, construction clients, consultants and contractors, and assists private parties and businesses with proceedings before different complaints bodies. Stine also has substantial experience of company and bankruptcy law and the administration of estates from working as a bankruptcy and restructuring project manager for several years. This knowledge has allowed Stine to become a trusted legal adviser on a broad range of commercial disputes.

Stine obtained her license to practice law in 2015.

Siri Terese Berge

Siri Terese Berge is an senior associate in our oil, gas and energy team and works primarly with counselling, negotiations and dispute resolutions in regards to energy and offshore projects.

Siri has specialises on contractual issues, including charter parties, fabrication contracts and EPC(I) contracts.

Siri obtained her license to practise law in 2015.
