Summary
Anne Marie is a part of the Intellectual Property Law (IPR) Department of Kvale.
She has extensive experience with cases regarding patent, trademarks, design and copyright law, as well as trade secrets and marketing law.
Her praxis includes a number of large disputes and litigation commissions e.g.

- breach of good business practice
- trademark infringement
She advises clients on IPR- strategies, licensing and other collaborations concerning technology and branded goods
She represents clients from different areas of business, but has particular experience with cases related to offshore and maritime sector, pharmaceutical industry, aquaculture industry/fish health, industrial design and marketing/advertising. She also has substantial experience within media.
Anne Marie is frequently used as lecturer, and has held a number of internal courses for clients regarding intellectual property.
Anne Marie is chairman of the board of NIR (Norwegian Association for the Legal Protection of Intellectual Property) and the Norwegian AIPPI group. She also holds other board positions, and is also the chairman of the board at Kvale.
She is member of EPLAW (The European Patent Lawyers Association) and the Norwegian Copyright association.
Anne Marie was admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court in 2019.
