Susanne Hamre Skoglund

Susanne Hamre Skoglund is affiliated with Kvale's Tax and Corporate M&A department. Susanne has extensive experience in Norwegian and international tax law. She has particular expertise in mergers, demergers, shipping taxation, and international reorganizations. Susanne also regularly assists with tax issues related to employee incentive programs, the use of foreign employees, Norwegian employees working abroad, and tax-related matters arising from cross-border business activities.
