Anne is a senior lawyer in Kvale’s litigation and dispute resolution department and advises clients on various areas of law.
Anne is experienced in general contract law, real estate- and public law issues, including planning and building law and public administrative law. She regularly assists both public and private clients in the afore-mentioned fields.
Anne also advises on company law matters, including capital raising and mergers/demerges.
