Summary

Erik Brannsten has substantial experience from national and international offshore construction projects, onshore contracting, FPSO projects, and drilling contracts, including drafting of contracts, tender competitions (including public procurement), the day to day execution of projects and dispute settlement through negotiations, expert procedures and litigations, and arbitration.

He has considerable experience with oil and gas joint ventures and various cooperation agreements both on the Norwegian and the International Continental Shelf.
