Summary

Håkon Andreassen has an extensive and varied experience from most central fields within collective and individual employment law. He assists regularly both private and public parties with councelling, negotiations and as litigator in legal disputes. He has previously worked in the employers' organisation, KS, and as a deputy judge. His background includes cases regarding reorganizations and workforce reductions, business transfers, employment, temporary employment/hiring, personnel conflicts, dismissals/discharges, notifications, redundancies, working hours, corporate democracy, personal protection, pension related matters etc. Håkon's background also includes setting up and interpreting of tariff agreements.

He has also experience within regular administrative law as well as equal opportunity and gender equality issues and represents clients before the public authorities such as The Equality and Anti-discrimination Tribunal (Likestillings- og Diskrimineringsnemnda). Håkon has previously been appointed member of and acted as party representative before the Dispute Resolution Board established pursuant to the Working Environment Act.

He obtained his license to practice law in 2007.
